
Policies.

Cancellations + Reschedules.
Reschedules must be communicated 24 hours before the session start time. The creative fee may only be used for one rescheduled session. Cancellations that occur less than 1 week before the session will not be refunded. The photographer may prorate a refund for a timely cancellation depending on services rendered.

No Call/No Show.
The client will not receive a return on the creative fee if they do not show up for the session and do not communicate with the photographer. A no call/no show client may be permitted to reschedule their session but must pay another fee to hold the date.

Lateness.
Clients must show up no later than 15 minutes to the session. If a client is later than 15 minutes without notifying the photographer, the photographer will list them as a no call/no show client and cancel the session. The photographer will reach out to the client if they are showing signs of being late, but the 15-minute limit is strict.

Altering Photos.
The client may not alter any photos. Any digital photos the client sees (on our website, blog, social media sites, or that have been provided directly to you) may vary from their intended appearance depending on the client’s computer's monitor and settings. No filters or adjustments should be applied to the photos. Doing so will result in a copyright infringement fine.

Payment.
The creative fee must be paid in full before the session. Pre-purchasing collections must also be paid in full before the session. If the client chooses to purchase a collection after the session, they will not receive any product until it is paid in full.

Friendship.
We’re going to be friends after this session. Sorry, it’s a policy I can’t change it my lawyer said so.
